Singapore Flyer
Really enjoyed myself at the Singapore Flyer with my classmates yesterday,14/08/08.Singapore Flyer is the world's largest observation wheel. Standing at a stunning 165m from the ground, the Flyer offers you breathtaking, panoramic views of the Marina Bay, our island city and beyond. There's also a wide range of shops, restaurants, activities and facilities.Took a number of amazing photographs with both my friends and scenery.
GREAT AND MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE !

Restrain part one
In today's post,we will be looking into the aspect of restrain.Restrain consist of locks and chokes for both offense and defense.
As for now,we will concentrate on the offensive ones.
It is used in situation which you wouldn't want to hurt the assailant seriously by striking,we could opt for alternate methods like a hold or choke to restrain him while waiting for the proper authority to take over.
Alternatively if one faces a life threatening situation with an attacker, a dislocation on the joint is often quite enough to traumatise the assailant. You should capitalise on it and quickly escape.
This techniques uses minimum strength and you can usually bring down bigger opponent with the right LEVERAGE.
Attached are videos of restrain with narratives.
