Hi, Start this blog to provide you guys with as much information about how to keep fit and tips on self defence, after watching many of my relatives and friends succumb to lifestyle diseases , robberies and bullies. Hope that in my coming contributions you guys can pick up many useful tips to lead a healthy and peaceful lifestyle.
