Conditioning your forearm

Conditioning your forearm is just as important as conditioning your shin.
Your forearm must be strong to withstand the power of kicks during blocking.
Procedure will be the same as you apply medicated oil generously on your forearm and start rolling/hitting with a bat.

Also,it's pretty interesting to find my school National Cadet Corps(NCC) learning muay thai !
