Shin Conditioning

In combat sports,conditioning your shin is extremely important.Training , resting and proper nutrition play a big part.
Consume products that are rich in calcium like milk & tofu , will help to strengthen your shin bone. Do take note that vitamin D (exposure to sun) is essential to convert the calcium and over consumption of calcium over prolong period will lead kidney stones.

As for training,attached are ways to build a strong and tough shin.

Hmm, i thought to convert calcium you need vitamin D not K ? ._.
