Western Boxing

Happy Valentine's Day!So what are your plans for your valentine?Haha.
Without much said,attached is a short clip of the common western boxing we always come across.The punches consist of jab,cross,hook and uppercut.Meanwhile defence is applied by blocking and parrying.

Karate,taekondo and boxing

Back for another post regarding japan's karate,korea's taekondo and western boxing.
Karate involves more on the hand and basic kicking meanwhile TKD focus on delivering knockout kicks onto all parts of the body.TKD also include fabulous kicks like jumping back trust,back hook and sisscors kick,etc
On the other hand,as we all know boxing involves powerful punches that will knock you out !

Training for stamina

HEY,i am back for another post.
Today,i will be going through training for stamina.
Firstly,stamina is important as it is able to last you during a fight or a sparring session.The breathing technique makes the difference.When running,do use your nose to breathe both in and out in the "aerobic" part of the run ,when you feel tired,switch to normal breathing .For the last part of run,give all you got by breathing harder through the nose and breathing out from the mouth when you are switching your activity from aerobic to anerobic mode.Lastly do listen to music to motivate your run but keep vigilant to traffic and safety.
